  PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
  We purchased a kitchen from Kitchen Connection at Rutherford in 2021. Would not recommend them to our worst enemies. They make you pay the full amount for the kitchen before it is even delivered, let alone installed, which gives you no comeback for the numerous issues that arise during installation. They will not budge on design aspects. They supplied all the appliances, including a microwave that didn’t fit in the microwave cupboard, and once this issue was raised, we were laughed at and they told us that we chose the microwave, even though they designed the cabinet to suit the appliances that they supplied. The range hood was supposed to be hidden, which was a condition that we stipulated upon heavily and was apart of the design, now protrudes below the cabinet line, and their response was that’s just the way it is. The above counter cabinets were installed not level with each other, which has lead to a noticeable step at eye height. We asked for a cabinet door to be a certain size to hide 200mm of kickboard and they told us that’s the way they all are and refused to budge on the issue and it looks terrible. Pantry door handles were installed directly in line with Caesar stone bench top, meaning they smash into the countertop every time the door is opened if we are not careful, after we asked for them to be installed above the counter top so they wouldn’t crack it. The first installer that they sent out was hopeless, and did more damage than he did good work, so then they had to send a second installer out a month later to fix all these mistakes and he could only fix so much without replacing whole items which they refused to do. Our project manager would not respond to any form of communication. They basically wanted no feedback or communication from us once the $35k was paid.
  I can not stress how much I wouldn’t recommend this company. The whole process was meant to be a happy time for us and it turned into one of the most stressful renovation situations that we have been through, and after paying all that money we still aren’t happy with the end product and kitchen connection are now unwilling to fix any more of their mistakes.

  Definitely recommend, Jarrod was incharge of our build, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new kitchen. The very few issues we had were sorted out quickly and without any dispute. Greame also did a great job with the design would definitely use this company again.

  Extremely disappointed in the workmanship, and overall lack of service shown to close friends of mine throughout their kitchen renovation.
  
  Some key design features that were discussed during the planning stage did not get incorporated. They attempted to raise this with the project manager who refused to respond to any attempts of communication.
  
  On top of all this when kitchen connections were made aware of these issues my friends were told there is nothing they can do.
  
  All in all, I can guarantee I will not be seeking out kitchen connections for my own kitchen renovation.

  Stay away. We signed on to have a kitchen designed and measured. Happy with that process. After the initial deposit we had a health concern arise. Called to cancel and see if we could get initial deposit returned. No care from the business, the manager Trent didn’t even want to speak with me. Jennifer who I spoke to on the phone, you seemed lovely. Thank you for checking back with Trent multiple times.
  
  I understand business is business but this experience could have gone a completely different direction for the sake of $1,350.
  
  Won’t be returning or recommending these guys to anyone.

  Such a great experince would definitely recommend kitchen connection Rutherford. Jarrod was professional and nothing was an issue. He also kept me updated through the whole process. Trades were professional, friendly and nothing was a problem. Honestly would use this company again and recommend anyone wanting a stress free experience to give kitchen connection Rutherford a call.
